Comedy &
Variety Show Fundraiser
Exclusively for High School Organizations
Overview of the Comedy & Variety Show
- The show runs approximately 105 minutes long
including the 15 minute intermission.(45+15+45)
- Currently the show includes two world class
entertainers, Comedy Juggler Stephen Caruso and Comedy Magician John
Graham(promotional videos of each act are available upon request)
- Built into the show is a time slot for a member
of the organization to make a short speech and encourage donations
- The High School organization DOES NOT PAY THE ENTERTAINERS!
- Stephen Caruso and John Graham are completely in
control of the show, you will not be required to be backstage
About the Fundraiser
- Tickets for the show are typically sold at $8 but
is flexible
- The High School organization receives a
percentage of all the tickets sold
- The High School organization is encouraged to
sell concessions before, during, and after the show
- The Entertainers receives a percentage of all the
ticket sales
- The Entertainers sell items pertaining to each
skill presented(juggling, magic)
Advertising
- The High School organization receives all needed
graphic design materials to advertise the show from the entertainers
- It is both parties responsibility to promote the
show
Acquiring Venue
- The High School organization is responsible for
booking the venue within the high school
